Redemption Terms

Effective Date: 6 August 2025

These Redemption Terms apply to all Avelete card redemption offers made available through theavelete.com. By submitting a redemption request, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for redemption, you must:

  • Complete the required action: purchase one of each unique item from the specific set tied to the redemption offer (e.g., all Series 1 LRA items — not multiples of the same item).
  • Submit a valid redemption form including:
    • Your name and shipping address
    • Unique order number(s) as proof of eligibility
    • Payment for shipping & handling

We reserve the right to verify orders and reject any submission that does not meet eligibility criteria.

If manual verification shows an attempt to game or exploit the redemption system (e.g., multiple redemptions with repeated items or invalid orders), no refund will be provided and the redemption will be void.

2. One Redemption Per Valid Order

Each redemption request must include unique, qualifying order number(s).
Multiple redemptions are allowed, provided each submission is backed by a separate, verified purchase.

3. Shipping & Handling Fee

A flat-rate shipping & handling fee of $24.95 AUD applies to all redemptions.
This fee covers:

  • Tracked shipping (domestic or international)
  • Collector-grade packaging
  • Manual verification, handling, and fulfilment

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the card has shipped.

4. Limited Availability

Redemptions are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
If stock runs out before your verified redemption is fulfilled, your shipping fee will be refunded in full.

5. Manual Verification

All redemption requests are manually reviewed. We may reject a request due to:

  • Invalid or incomplete order numbers
  • Duplicate claims
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

6. Lost or Damaged Cards

All cards are shipped securely and with tracking. However, due to limited supply:
❌ Cards that are lost or damaged in transit cannot be replaced.
By proceeding with redemption, you accept the risk of shipping loss or damage.

7. Right to Modify or Withdraw

We reserve the right to update, pause, or withdraw redemption offers at any time without prior notice.
