We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully as our products are fulfilled on-demand by our production partner.

30-Day Window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or buyer’s remorse. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at help@theavelete.com with photos of the issue. If your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns are sent directly to our fulfillment center (address varies depending on your location and will be provided after approval).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Personalized or custom products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at help@theavelete.com.

Exchanges
If you’d like a replacement for a defective item, we’ll process it at no extra cost once the return is confirmed. For size or style changes, a new order must be placed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and packaging).
